How do I create a web account?
Creating a web account with us is simple, simply click on Account at the top of the screen and complete the Create Account form, then click Create New Account. If you have a credit account with us, please Contact us and we will activate the Add to Account option on your account.
I have forgotten my password?
Click the Forgot password? button on the Login page, enter your registered email address and click Send Reset. A password reset email will be sent to the email address provided containing a new generic password. You can change this to something more memorable by logging into your account.
How do I change my password?
Click on Account Details in My Account and fill out the Change your password form, then click Change Password.
How do I amend my account details?
Click on Account Details in My Account and amend the Details form, then click Update Details.
How do I add a delivery address?
Click on Delivery Details in My Account, click + Add Address and fill out the Add Address form. When complete, click Save.
How do I edit my delivery address?
Click on Delivery Details in My Account, click Edit underneath the address you wish to amend and make the changes you require. When complete, click Save.
How do I view a previous order?
Click on Orders in My Account and view each previous order by clicking View in the Options column.
Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest, however we recommend creating an account to speed up the ordering process for future orders.
Can I only order through the website?
No, you can also place your orders by contacting our sales team. Call us on 0118 932 3788, fax your order to us on 0118 932 3804 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We're open 07:30-18:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
How do I return a product or order?
Please refer to our Refund Policy.
Can you send me a VAT Invoice?
A VAT invoice will be sent with your order, however if you require a digital version please Contact us.
I've not received a confirmation email?
A confirmation email will be automatically sent once a member of our sales team has confirmed the order. If you have not received an email, please Contact us quoting your Web Order Number.
Can I purchase through a credit account?
Yes (subject to eligibility), please Contact us for a Credit Account Application Form.
Do your prices include VAT?
No, all prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be added and displayed clearly when viewing your basket and when you process your order.
What online payment gateway do you use?
We use Worldpay for all payments through our website.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders received before 12:00pm are delivered the next working day, however please allow up to 3 working days to receive your goods.
Dispatch times are subject to stock availability and production capabilities.
How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Standard delivery costs £11.70 (VAT included) for Mainland UK, for other UK destinations please refer to our Delivery page.
When will I receive my custom signs?
Most custom signs are delivered as quick as standard signs, however we will inform you of any extensions due to availability or production capabilities.
What will my custom signs look like?
We can (if requested) send you a digital proof of your custom signs for your approval before manufacture. Please Contact us for more information.
My order requires a logo/site plan to be supplied, how do I send this to you?
Once you have placed your order, email your file to us at email@example.com quoting your Web Order Number. Please refer to our Artwork page for more information.
I can't find what I'm after, can I alter a sign to suit my requirements?
Yes, we can alter any sign to suit your requirements. Please Contact us stating the signs you would like altered along with your changes and we will raise a quote for you.
I've seen a sign elsewhere that is not in your range, can I order this from you?
Yes, please Contact us with your requirements along with a picture/photo of the required signs and we will raise a quote for you.
I'm after something completely bespoke, can you help me?
